Who we are!
The Women in Gas and Welding Initiative (WIGAW) is the driving force for the advocacy, recruitment and professional advancement of females in the gas and welding industry. Our goal is to enhance the industry image as it relates to women, disseminate educational and career information, and provide resources for networking outreach and support.
- Sponsor, Organize, and/or Volunteer for an Outreach Event in your Community.
- Offer Ideas to Grow the Initiative or become a WIGAW Mentor
- Fund a Scholarship or Support the WIGAW Internship Program.
- Nominate a Colleague or Peer for the WIGAW Spotlight Feature
